Hey all,
I wanted to establish a thread that offers current and up coming LPFP solutions for you all in one place. So here it is :D
I'll be updating this original post with my current inventories and offerings to keep you all informed and make it easier to place orders. It'll be a work in progress as I continue to improve and release more products. So I thank you for your patience.
Currently available for sale:
The Stage 1 Walbro 255 inline upgrade kits: (As seen on N54tech.com)
This kit is designed for 135 and 335 "E" series owners who are running high concentrations of ethanol or making more power on pump gas and their stock LPFP (Low Pressure Fuel Pump) is struggling to keep up. If you have any questions as to compatibility or whether or not you need this kit, please feel free to PM me so we can verify this will fit your needs.
If you have a healthy stock LPFP and the rest of your fuel system is stock, a Walbro GSL392 (255) inline kit is all you need to max out your high pressure fuel system and you have the following options:
Option 1 kit = This kit includes the Walbro 255 inline pump and everything you need to install it. See the picture and description below.
Option 2 kit = If you have already purchased the Walbro GSL392 (255) pump, this kit includes everything you need to install it minus the pump.
If your LPFP is struggling on pump fuel or low concentrations of ethanol, you may want to consider replacing it as well. In which case you would order:
Option 3 kit = This is a complete PNP system that includes an original BMW low pressure fuel pump as well as the inline kit with everything already assembled for you. Then all you have to do is remove your old LPFP assembly and replace it with the new one.
Also included with each kit is a ring removal tool to access the LPFP in the tank. This is optional and the kits can be purchased without them. If you are not familiar with this, I have created a video that demonstrates it located near the bottom of this post as well.
Click here to view the DIY presentation for installing these kits You may have to be patient for the DIY to load..it is 18 meg and may take a minute based on your download speed. It's also included on a CD with your kit order. There are also some instructional videos for this installation and they are located near the bottom of this post and I will continue to add to these as time and opportunity allows.
To order you may want to use the links I've provided for you, you can Paypal the payment to me at BMW.fuelkits@gmail.com, or you can contact me at the same email address and request an invoice.
